Back to Eden’s pastries and desserts are all baked daily from scratch using our house blended gluten free flour mix and wholesome ingredients.  Our executive chef takes traditional recipes for inspiration which are then reinterpreted to be plant based and gluten free. With floral infused pastries like rosewater pistachio cake or lavender snickerdoodles we hope to appeal to your creative side as well as your sense of nostalgia for something homemade. We only source the highest quality ingredients, with an emphasis on organic, local and seasonal whenever possible. You will never find anything artificial in our baked goods such as sweeteners, colors, flavorings or preservatives. Flavors may change daily for certain pastries and you are welcome to inquire if you need more specifics.
